Nottingham by the Green Gators

We are the Nottingham By the Green summer swim team!! Youth ages 5-18, that feed into Olathe East High School, are invited to join our neighborhood swim team. Our swim season runs from the beginning of June until mid-July. We practice Monday- Friday morning at our neighborhood pool and compete in swim meets against neighboring swim teams in the area on Wednesday evenings. We are affiliated with the Southland Swim Association.

I want to welcome everyone back to the 2026 season! We’ve been hard at work since January implementing new changes for our Gator swim team! We are so excited to share our updates!!

• REGISTRATION! 
  Registration opens on March 30, 2026
• Pre-Comp Kick Board Team: we are going to accept 5 year olds who can kickboard 25 yards onto the team. We are excited to develop this "pre-compet" program for our youngest Gators, and our coaches are really looking foward to working with the littles.  The focus for the gropu will be swimming legal freestyle and backstroke.  The pre-comp team will practice at the same time as our 8&unders.
• FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE: Tuesday, May 26
• PRACTICE TIMES:
  Monday-Friday
  13&Over: 7:30-8:30am
  11-12: 8:30-9:30am
  9-10: 9:30-10:15am
  8&Under: 10:15-11:00am
• COMPETITION: Swim meets: Wednesday's:
  6/3 at Deer Creek
  6/10 at Home vs Louisburg
  6/17 at Lionsgate
  6/24 at home vs Whilshire Farms
  7/1 at Loch Lloyd
• CHAMPS: Wednesday, July 8 (11&overs) & Thursday, July 9 (10&Unders)
• End of Season Banquet: Friday, July 10
• VOLUNTEERS: We will continue with the credit system that will be tracked by the website & the Head Volunteer Coordinator. Please make sure you read through our Volunteer system and plan on volunteering this season OR opting for the $400 buy out option during your registration.

• GATOR SPIRIT: We are going to continue with Highschool Team Dinner Night, Donut Friday’s, Swimmer of the Week, Gator Buddies and Team Picture Day!
